Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Processing times may be extended during sales, launches, or holidays.

U.S. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Local Drop-Off — San Clemente
Local drop-off is available for customers in San Clemente, CA.

If eligible, you’ll see the Local Drop-Off option at checkout. Orders will be delivered within 1–2 business days after processing. You’ll receive a notification once your order is on the way or has been delivered.

Please ensure your contact information is accurate so we can coordinate delivery if needed.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Salt Pepper Swim is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Salt Pepper Swim is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier using your tracking information.
